To mark the opening of Chalk Newton Geoscience we wished to make a charitable contribution to our local community. This month we completed a 26 mile (42 km) walk around the Isle of Purbeck to raise funds for our local children’s hospice, Julia’s House.
The walk was a great geological route with classic geology all the way.
The fundraising will stop on 30th September. So there is still time to make a huge difference to those families facing the unimaginable and unbearable realization that their child may not live to adulthood.
